Hamish Moore

My role is the chief executive at Wellbeing Works. I specialise in creating work environments which enable people to thrive. I advise organisations on how to forensically analyse their work environment and design and implement interventions that create psychologically safe and responsible work environments. My approach enthuses leaders and managers and provides practical tools and techniques for use in the workplace.

Peter Davidson

Chairman

I support Hamish to ensure that the Wellbeing Works team are effective in its task of setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy. When I first heard about Team Works I was really excited to get involved and could see the benefits of the tool helping so many of the organisations I support, I have also supported the development of Board Works and truly believe that this tool will be of real benefit to many organisations in a range of sectors.

Erica Legg

Principal Consultant

My role at Wellbeing Works is varied and never the same from one day to the next, but everything I do contributes towards business development. I have recently secured funding for the business to develop the Team Works and Board Works tools further. I really enjoy going into businesses to promote Team Works and to demonstrate just how easy the software is to use, more recently I have started to deliver workshops on Psychological Safety enabling us to raise awareness of the tools beyond the North East.

Catherine Stanton

Project Secretary

I manage all the administrative duties for Wellbeing Works and our sister company Drummond HR, I have worked in administrative positions for many years and continue to grow my skills as technology adapts and changes. I answer the phones, manage the diary, book travel, support Hamish with Team Works Reports and Dinah with invoicing, I also ensure the office is warm and welcome for our visitors.

Dinah Irimiea

Bookkeeper

My role in the business is to ensure that all the accounts are up to date. I support Hamish with managing cashflow and ensure that payments are made for venue bookings when we have workshops and events, as well as keeping on top of grant payments and claims.

Alice Dunn

Marketing Executive

I joined the business as an intern after graduating from the University of Hull with a degree in Psychology. I was really keen to join the Wellbeing Works team due to the psychology links between my degree and their Psychological Safety tools. I have since been offered a more permanent position managing social media, writing blogs and supporting the marketing incentives.
